Two partners, one transaction.
Propalot is partnering with Sino AI and Lucid Signing. One puts the figures on a listing in context. The other turns the viewing they lead to into a signed document. Between them they cover the two ends of a property transaction that a listings site has historically just handed off.

The mark
Why
A Propalot listing is a set of figures — erf size, rates, levies, the year it was registered, what it last sold for. Those figures are the point of the product, and they are also the part a buyer is least equipped to read. Four hundred square metres is a number. Whether it is a lot for that street is a judgement.
Sino AI is the partner we have brought in to make that judgement legible. Their models read the same figures we already publish and put them in context: against the suburb, against the last twelve months, against the stock that competes with the listing at the same price.
The rule we have set for it is the rule the rest of the identity already follows — the model does not get to hide its working. Anything it says about a property has to point back at the figures it read.

The mark
Why
The gap between finding a property and transacting on one is paperwork, and it is where most of the time in a South African property deal actually goes. A mandate, an offer to purchase, an FICA pack, a lease — each one printed, signed, scanned, and emailed back at a resolution nobody would accept anywhere else.
Lucid Signing closes that gap. Documents are prepared, sent, signed and certified in the browser, with an audit trail attached to each one, under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
What it means for a Propalot listing is that the document a viewing produces starts life in the same place the listing does, rather than in an inbox.

What changes on a listing
Three things, and deliberately not more. A partnership that changed everything on the card would be a rebuild wearing a press release.

The figures gain a second line. Erf size, rates and levies stay exactly where they are, in the same tabular figures, on the card rather than three clicks in. What Sino AI adds sits underneath them: how this one compares, and against what.

The enquiry becomes a document. One Papaya button per screen starts an enquiry — that does not change. What changes is where it lands: an offer to purchase or a mandate, prepared and signable, instead of a message in an agent’s inbox.

Nothing gets a badge. There is no AI chip, no verified seal, no partner logo on a listing card. The identity has one saturated colour and one round object, and neither of them is for sale to a partnership.

The Sino AI and Lucid Signing marks on this page are the property of their respective owners and appear here by agreement. The paired lockups are the only approved form in which the Propalot wordmark may stand beside either — do not rebuild one, and do not set either mark in Papaya.
