Horizon Villa on Nettleton Ridge

Suspended between mountain and Atlantic, Horizon Villa is a study in restraint: five levels of glass, travertine and raw concrete arranged around a 20-metre rim-flow pool that appears to pour into the ocean below. Floor-to-ceiling glazing retracts entirely, dissolving the boundary between the living volumes and the Clifton skyline.

The private spa level holds a gym, steam room and treatment suite, while a temperature-controlled wine gallery anchors the entertainment floor. A four-car gallery garage, double-volume staff suite and Crestron-automated everything complete one of the Atlantic Seaboard's most significant homes.
